                                                Sub:  PAYMENT OF TAX -  Paid Twice

                  I made this house in 1991/92   and I was living in this house for few years.  Now I have given the  house to my Elder Daughter Mr. VEENE KISHORE about two years back unfortuna she lost her Husband last yer.

               I have been paying the Tax all these years, even lost yer ie.2014-15 by receipt No. 141571312642 – TNR003093882  dt. 12.04-1204  -  12:32:05.

             As Mahanagara Palike has extended the payment by NET TRANSFER I did the same which I thank you and Mahanagara Palike.

           I faced some proble in doing the same as below:

                  I PAID THE TAX FOR THE YEAR 2015-16 BY NET Rs.12,880/- as shown in the payment list through my Chennai HDFC A/c. No.00821000002465  Rs.12,880/- as I got the reply it was not Succesful, Once again I paid the Same Amount through my Bangalore Indra Nagar HDFC A/c. No.01841000030771.

             To my surprise I find in the Bank Statement of my Chennai A/c.No.00821000002465 that Rs.12,880/- has been tansacted and credited to BBMPMC as per details given below:

          “27rh Apr 2015    Ptax1516-BBMPMC  Ref:No.427102103   27 Apr 2015  12,880/-

           Then once again in my Bank Statement of Indrea Nagar A/c.No.0184100003071 another amount of Rs.12,880/- has been transacted and CREDITED TO BBMPMC AS BELOW details.

         27 Apr 2015  Ptax1516-BBMPMC    Ref: 427102500  27 Apr 2015  Rs.12,880/-

            As such it shows that the TAX has been paid  Twice by transaction No. 427102103 and Tansaction No.427102500  BOTH ON SAME DAY FROM TWO DIFFERENT ACCOUNTS OF MINE.

           I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RECEIPT FROM  BBMP SO FAR, I MAY REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY ARRANGE THE SAME.   If the money can be REFUNDABLE   ONE AMOUNT CAN BE CREDITED TO MY BANK ACCOUNT ON RETURN. OR IT MAY ADJUSTED TOWARS NEXT YEAR.
