Subject property tax amount deducted from bank account but receipt not generated
Complaint / Requirement

An amount of Rs. 3786 deducted from my SBI net banking account during YES Bank payment gateway.  But receipt not generated.  Refund the same.

I have used YES Banking payment gate way (SBI netbanking on 30-04-2015, TO TRANSFER
INB Citrus Payment Solutions . Ref : 05152183654105IG00YIWOZ3 TRANSFER TO 31970620859 STATE BANK OF INDIA).

An amount of Rs. 3786 got deducted from my SBI bank account but application number  not got genereated.

Kindly refund the amount of Rs. 3786 back to my account.

I would like to know why my complaint no. FMS/CMT-2631 not getting attended.
