Hi,

 
I have done a double payment of my property tax for year 2014-15 : (Application Number (2008 – 09) :   1953201)
 
first payment:
I did not get a receipt for this, here is my bank transaction detail: Direct pay transaction done on 26-4-2014 for Rs.2590 vide Merchant reference number PTAX1415/BBMPMC where the payment has been Directly credited to Merchant Name : BBMPMC Merchant Id : BBMPMC Account Type : CASA Merchant Account : xxx22519

second payment:

Since i did not get any confirmation from BBMP site for first payment, i went ahead and paid it again from my credit card also (Rs 2590) on same day 26-4-2014 (BBMP receipt number: 1415790119870).

Can you please refund the double payment (Rs 2590).
