Sir/Madam,

I Sandeep Sondur bought a flat S-D ( in SLV Garden City) in Oct 2012 in Gubbalala Village Uttarhalli Hobli.

I came to know that the builder has not paid the tax for year 2012-2013 and Paid the tax along with interest in 2013 while paying the taxes for year 2013-2014. During this process of Registration of information for the property tax payment, the operator mentioned the wrong flat number as T-C (refer to Owner's Name & Property Address in Property Tax receipt). I submitted an application at Uttarhalli (ARO) with Siddaramappa along with property tax receipts (2012-2013,2013-2014) along with Sale Deed papers to show that the flat name is S-D and not T-C on 29 Oct 2013. I recently went and paid the property tax for 2014-2015 and realised the flat name change request is still pending. I have been visiting the Uttarhalli ARO office for the last 6 months. The say they have send the application along with documents to head office.It been 6 months and I have been running around to get the flat name changed with no mistake from my end. Please help me what is the procedure that I can follow to complete this change in flat name at the earliest.  I have attached the acknowledgement slip for the application submitted with ARO office for flat name change and also the Property tax receipts (2012-2013,2013-2014,2014-2015) along with first 2 pages of Sale Deed which has information on the flat name as S-D.
Please let me know which head office to approach. Please Please help me it been 6 months now.
